It just doesn't feel right or fair to refund for me. Or, what if the patch has mosaics? It was released but not to my satisfaction. Because if it never did come out, that be my mistake for purchasing before I had all the information. In this case, I was never promised that an adult patch will be released for this game so I shouldn't buy it hoping/waiting for that same patch. I bought it believing I was going to but didn't. To be honest, I remember refunding Hatred only and because it was so poorly optimized that it wouldn't run. Like when they finish a game in under 2 hours than refund it.
Because the refund system is too 'loose' that a bunch of people abuse it. If I don't, that's my problem and my mistake. To do so I should gather all information about it before purchase to make sure it's a game I'll enjoy.
I bought it at that moment because I wanted it. If I buy a game is because I chose not to wait for a sale or anything else. It's not a policy I completely agree with. I'm waiting as well and I rather wait than refund.
